Sebastian Partners has extensive experience in real estate investments across risk spectrums and property types including the development of multiple master-planned communities, mixed-use commercial/residential projects, luxury resort venues, and high-end residential real estate ventures. Extremely responsive to opportunity, Sebastian Partners carefully evaluates each situation in order to minimize risk and maximize profits.
We are pleased to announce our newest, unique mixed-use development project, Avelon. Seldom does an opportunity have all of the elements that this project has, both now and in the future. Avelon is located on the highest point in northeast Aurora, Colorado, with 360-degree views of the mountains, downtown Denver, and DIA. Surrounding Avelon is the newly constructed Marriott Gaylord Hotel and conference center, opening fall 2018. This $800 million dollar hotel is the largest in the state. With 1501 rooms and 9 conference halls, the Gaylord is reportedly sold out for the first 2 years. Pent up demand for housing in one of the fastest growing and economically healthy states in the country is a huge opportunity, which is why I chose Avelon as our next endeavor. Many commercial opportunities are abundant on this site as well including hotels, apartments, retail, and restaurants, which are badly needed to accommodate the expanding population. As icing on the cake, due to the new Tax Reform Act, Avelon is located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone, which is an investor's dream for permanently eliminating capital gain taxes. For all of these reasons, we urge you to seek information on these amazing opportunities - only available from Sebastian Partners.
